Trivoli Tavern, a part of Hogsalt, is looking for dedicated and experienced Full Time Dishwashers ($19-$20/hour) to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications: 

• 1 year working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. 
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.

• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
• Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure the availability of clean servicewares by washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware according to Hogsalt standards.
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including machines, appliances, floors, garbage cans, storage areas, etc.Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, mixers, etc.
• Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking all kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
• Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues to leadership.
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with additional tasks as requested by leadership.

Responsabilidades y deberes:

• Almacene adecuadamente los platos, vasos y equipos limpios.
• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado, incluyendo máquinas, electrodomésticos, pisos, botes de basura, áreas de almacenamiento, etc. Limpiar las máquinas y electrodomésticos utilizados en la cocina, como ollas, sartenes, batidoras, etc.
• Prepare la cocina para el próximo turno limpiando y reponiendo todas las estaciones de cocina con los suministros necesarios.
• Supervisar el funcionamiento de la máquina lavavajillas e informar de inmediato cualquier problema técnico o de rendimiento al liderazgo.
• Apoyar a otros miembros del personal del restaurante ayudándolos con tareas adicionales según lo solicite el liderazgo.
