This structured pathway provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and professional growth at every step.

Eligible to Transfer to a Specialty dept. in 12–18 Months:
• NICU
• Labor & Delivery
• Pediatrics / PICU
• Med/Surg ICU

Qualifications:
