*Duties*
* Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel x, Builder/Rubber base gel, poly gel and nail art using color theory principles to create appealing designs
* Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and workstations after each service
* Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
* Build strong customer relationships through attentive communication skills and personalized service
* Stay current with beauty trends and new techniques in nail art, esthetic treatments, and overall wellness
*Qualifications*
* Valid cosmetology or manicure license required; specific training in nail technology preferred. xkmhxrz
* Minimum 3 + years experience
* Knowledge of color theory, nail care procedures, and sanitation protocols essential
* Experience with a variety of services including gel nails, acrylics, gel x, Builder/rubber base gel and poly gel
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment
* Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships
