Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Machine Operator/Polish Operator to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Tulsa. The Machine Operator/Polish Operator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes on aerospace components while supporting production, safety, and continuous improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate orbital buffers and belly buffers
• Repair protrusions and surface imperfections to meet strict aerospace standards
• Inspect finished parts and ensure proper packaging
• Meet daily production and quality requirements
• Participate in housekeeping duties and team meetings
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (may require a pre-employment assessment if not obtained)
• Ability to perform all essential duties safely and accurately
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels
• Must be able to wear PPE, including respirators (medical clearance required)
