You'll be serving customers across Andover, NH, and surrounding areas, covering a 20-mile radius from our home base. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, from full system installs to routine service calls, all while working alongside a team that values quality and professionalism.
- Perform HVAC installs and service calls
- Diagnose, repair, and replace components in heating and cooling systems
- Handle both routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting
- Work with gas lines, electrical components, and refrigerant systems
- Follow safety protocols (OSHA 10 certified work environment)
- Keep company tools and vehicles in top shape

- 1 - 2 years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid EPA Certification
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Gas Fitting License
- Apprentice License (state of NH)
- Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and construction environments
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong team player with a reliable work ethic
- Willing to operate company vehicle and maintain provided tools
