Why Work Here?
You join a company that genuinely invests in long-term career growth, with real examples of leaders who started in entry-level roles and advanced into executive positions. You benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings options, paid time off, and sick pay. You can take advantage of a ride share program and biweekly pay once you transition to a permanent role. You work in an organization known for truly taking care of its people, offering a supportive culture and a strong emphasis on employee well-being. You also have access to a free on-site gym and recreation center, including amenities such as cornhole, ping pong, and a basketball court, supporting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Work Environment
You begin in a one-week training academy held on-site in a classroom-style lab environment where you learn safety, electrical wiring fundamentals, standard protocols, and point-to-point electrical reading. Training includes both paper-based learning, such as reading schematics and correctly labeling wiring, and hands-on practice using tools, adding ferrules, crimping, terminating, landing wiring, and aligning wiring in panels for proper tracing and testing. Expectations mirror a professional training or classroom setting, and adherence to conduct and dress standards is required. After training, you work in an extremely clean, temperature-controlled production environment. The electrical assembly area consists of cell stations with large working areas, where teams of approximately 5–7 technicians collaborate to assemble units according to specification. You primarily remain within your assigned work cell for the duration of your shift. All tools and materials needed to complete assembly are provided on site, and no outside tools are required. The role follows a weekend 2nd shift schedule of 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Friday through Sunday, after completing the first-week training academy on 1st shift.
