Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support HVAC-related testing operations. This role involves hands-on work with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems to set up, operate, and tear down various tests including heat runs, psychrometric testing, and life cycle testing. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare HVAC units for testing, including wire harness assembly and component-level soldering. 

• Mount units and program them for specific test protocols. 

• Build and validate prototype circuit boards. 

• Analyze and debug electronic circuits. 

• Operate digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools. 

• Collaborate with team members and cross-train to support various tasks. 

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Entry-level familiarity with electronic circuits and components. 

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. 

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. 

• Safety-conscious with experience working around electricity. 

• Self-motivated, organized, and effective communicator. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience using digital multimeters and oscilloscopes. 

• Associate's degree in Electronics or related field. 

• Prior experience in HVAC, electronics, or electrical environments.
