Electronics/Avionics Test experience required

Role Overview

This position involves learning and performing a variety of tasks to support the testing of navigational, inertial measurement, and guidance units. The role requires monitoring, recording test data, and ensuring proper test procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to perform monitoring, reading, and recording of test data for various units under testing.
• Operate automated and manual test setups by following training and documented procedures.
• Handle, mount, and test units using oscilloscopes, multimeters, calibrated hand tools, power decade boxes, and other test equipment.
• Ensure compliance with test lab standards such as 5S, FOD (Foreign Object Detection), and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
• Apply learned experience, judgment, and skills to plan and accomplish testing goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in electronics or a related field.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to test processes.
• Capacity to read and understand schematic drawings.
• Familiarity with standard test lab concepts, practices, and procedures.

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
