Job SummaryThe principal responsibility is to ensure the proper function and scheduled maintenance of all electrophysiological and physiological monitoring equipment in the cath lab, acting as a subject matter expert to optimize equipment use and recommend future purchases. The incumbent provides routine support and troubleshooting for technologists and medical staff, serves as a technical liaison with equipment vendors and the department of Biomedical Engineering, and assists physicians in cardiac catheterization procedures while working with minimal supervision.
