Events Manager

Long-established and highly regarded restaurant in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, is seeking an energetic, organized, and hospitality-driven Events Manager to join our team.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position in a busy restaurant with a thriving private events business. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both our events program and overall guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and booking private events and special occasions
  • Communicating effectively with guests throughout the event planning process
  • Coordinating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure successful execution of events
  • Managing events onsite as needed and serving as the primary point of contact for hosts and guests
  • Working closely with ownership and management to maintain Bottino's high standards of hospitality and service
  • Assisting with additional front-of-house management responsibilities as experience and business needs warrant
