Job Description: As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, menu development, team leadership, and maintaining the highest culinary standards. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • Develop and execute seasonal Italian menus with creativity and consistency
  • Manage food and labor costs while maintaining quality
  • Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with ownership and FOH management on service and guest experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Executive or Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant ( Ny Experience Preferred)  (Italian cuisine preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen budgets and control costs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for Italian food, seasonality, and hospitality
