Role Overview

We are seeking a world-class Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations for our high-end meal prep service. This role is not just about cooking; it is about performance nutrition, discretion, and elite-level execution. You will be responsible for designing and preparing bespoke, nutrient-dense menus for a discerning clientele including professional athletes, high-ranking executives, celebrities, and medical professionals.

The ideal candidate understands that for our clients, food is fuel, medicine, and a luxury experience all at once. You must be adept at translating complex dietary requirements (Vegetarian, Keto, Paleo, Anti-Inflammatory, Macros-based) into restaurant-quality, reheatable meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Engineering: Design weekly rotating menus that balance seasonal ingredients with specific caloric and macronutrient targets.
  • Elite Client Customization: Interface with clients (or their assistants/nutritionists) to tailor meals to specific health goals, allergies, and sophisticated palates.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of production, from sourcing premium organic/local ingredients to high-standard plating and eco-friendly packaging.
  • Precision Execution: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety and quality control, ensuring every meal looks as good as it tastes after delivery.
  • Operational Logistics: Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen staff (if applicable) to ensure seamless delivery schedules between NYC and the Hamptons.
Qualifications & Skills
