We're looking for someone that has in-depth diesel engine troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair experience, experience with in-depth electrical troubleshooting, and repair on 12v systems. Preference on CAN-BUS related work. Can be self-sufficient without the need for constant direction. The right candidate will be able to troubleshoot customer issues and communicate effectively with co-workers. We are in great need for individuals who are not only proficient in computer system diagnostics but also have experience with troubleshooting software issues with CAT Et, Cummins Insite, Volvo, Paccar, and International. Willingness to learn, work hard, be dependable, on time and own your assigned jobs to completion. Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable heavy duty diesel truck repair experience - not including schooling or training time.
Responsibilities:
* Repair class 8 truck engines, chassis, and electrical.
* Perform DOT inspections on trucks & trailers
* Fluid, filter changes, and full services including inspection sheet
* Repair trailers and equipment.
* Document all repairs and maintenance on work orders. xkmhxrz
* Clock in and out on every job
* Welding experience a plus
* Employee needs to bring their own tools to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
