Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to become a part of our team!

Generous Bonuses are given monthly for good performance, up to an extra 12k year!

$500 Rent Discount if you'd like an apartment for yourself after 90 day period.

Responsibilities:

Market and Rent Apartments
Attract and educate new tenants
Manage your maintenance team
Ensure all repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Communicate with Residents that are delinquent in rent to make payment plan or send to eviction
Enforce property rules and regulations
Answer phone, emails
Submit weekly reports on progress

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Fluent in Spanish or Spanish translation tools (Population in area is majority spanish speaking)
Familiarity with tenant leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Social media and marketing skills to advertise apartments
Excellent written and verbal comm
