About the RoleThe Director of Total Rewards leads the design, implementation, and administration of AAFP’s compensation, health and retirement benefits, wellness and work-life programs. This role is responsible for developing strategies that attract, retain, and engage employees while ensuring programs remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with senior leaders and external vendors to manage compensation structures, employee benefits, compliance requirements, and total rewards communications. The Total Rewards Director analyzes market trends and workforce data to recommend improvements that enhance the employee experience and support organizational success. This role has responsibility for health, retirement, disability, paid-time-off, behavioral health, work-life, flexibility and other benefits, as well as our various wellness offerings and our compensation related programs and systems.
ResponsibilitiesOur hybrid work schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in-office, with Mondays and Fridays work-from-home. Minimal annual travel.
