Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Support for Veteran Mental Health Pensacola, FL Why Apply? Quick Facts Location: Pensacola, FL Start Date: 07/27/2026 End Date/Duration: 09/30/2027 (initial 1-year contract) Shift: Days, Monday Friday, 8.5 hours (including 30-minute lunch) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist; BLS Healthcare Provider certification Experience: Minimum 1 year as a licensed clinical psychologist Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $95.00/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You ll Do Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral sources Establish psychiatric diagnoses following DSM standards Provide individual and group psychotherapy to veterans and active service members Assist patients in managing mental health conditions or injuries, including rehabilitation support Support psychological health initiatives aimed at closing care gaps for combat-related injuries Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate coordinated, efficient care Follow ethical guidelines from APA and state licensing boards What You Need Required: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program Successful completion of an APA-accredited internship/residency Active, unrestricted license in the U.S. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed psychologist BLS Healthcare Provider certification Ability to pass government background check/security clearance Preferred: Experience working with military or veteran populations Familiarity with trauma-focused psychological care and health initiatives About the Assignment This position supports a prominent psychological health program dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services tailored for service members and veterans.
