Debajo, a neighborhood Spanish restaurant in the MADE Hotel, is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
• Support prep, service, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards
• Uphold all DOH safety and sanitation requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years’ line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Ability to stay focused and organized in a busy service
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
