Job Title: Area Manager, Construction
The primary function of this role is to oversee the management and coordination of facilities maintenance and new construction projects across assigned areas.
Assist in the upkeep of park buildings, facilities, and rides with regard to various trades including aquatics, landscaping, carpentry, painting,Fiberglassing,and plumbing. Assist in scheduling; develop project specifications;Negotiate With Contractors As Needed.
Participate in planning and executing all aspects of construction projects at Worlds of Fun.In conjunction with the Manager and Six Flags Planning team, assist In Determining Priorities And Schedules, develop bid package specifications,negociate with contractors engineers architects assist research,bids orders materials services required for such projects.
Select supervise training supervision assigned departments Oceans Fun Maintenance Foreman ensure employees knowledgeable proficient proper procedures takes disciplinary action needed address attempt resolve employee concerns union grievances.
Maintain records Missouri Department Natural Resources Review storm water discharge reports permit.
Assist preparation annual department capital operating expense labor budgets monitor weekly appropriate action necessary adhere Collective Bargaining Agreement policies procedures adheres Six Flags Park policies procedures safety attendance EEO demonstrate commitment customer service aspects employment..Job Info:
