Job Description

The Waterpark Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation of water park facilities, attractions, and rides. This role requires a skilled leader to deliver results in various activities including facility maintenance, annual preventative maintenance tasks, repair and renovation of structures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversight of broad array of facility-related maintenance including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing electrical carpentry painting masonry roadways wooden attraction structures fiberglass attraction structures.
  • Ensure water quality program is properly executed according to Six Flags standards swimming pool codes Cobb-Douglas Public Health regulations ensure ride inspection programs are properly executed in accordance with Six Flags manufacturer ASTM state Georgia guidelines maintain OSHA safety standards for safe operations guests employees respectively prioritize oversee park projects goals effectively utilize data financial reports create manage department operating budget fiscal targets forecasts monthly basis work closely support Marketing Operations Group Sales Human Resources initiatives successful implementation special events programs respectively provide coaching development leadership skills entire Maintenance Team assist Director implement capital new construction projects serve Park Manager rotating basis respective assigned tasks perform duties efficiently timely fashion demonstrate effective communication teamwork problem-solving collaboration among colleagues peers foster positive productive working relationships others as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1.
