Job Description Job Description Quintana & Barajas is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal with a background in family law and/or family-based immigration to join our growing San Antonio law firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent client service while helping families navigate important legal matters. Our firm has served clients across San Antonio and South Texas for over a decade, and we pride ourselves on treating every client with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Responsibilities * Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests * Maintain organized case files using case management software (Clio) * Prepare and assemble USCIS applications such as I-130, I-485, I-90, N-400, I-360, VAWA, I-601/I-601A, and U-Visa petitions * Assist attorneys with preparation of family law filings such as name change petitions, divorce, suits affecting the parent child relationship and guardianships * Draft client declarations and organize supporting evidence * Track case deadlines, RFEs, and filing requirements * Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars * Ensure accurate and organized case records Qualifications * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required * 2+ years of paralegal experience in immigration or family law * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Experience with legal case management systems (Clio preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) * Strong written and verbal communication skills What We're Looking For * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Professional, dependable, and respectful with clients * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment * A team player with a positive attitude Additional Information * Full-time position * Hourly pay based on experience * Hybrid work schedule (one remote day per week after training) This role is best suited for someone comfortable managing multiple active cases and preparing filings with minimal supervision.
