RMS is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer to support its full-time machining operations in Canastota, New York.This is a hands-on programming position for someone who understands the entire machining process—not just creating toolpaths. You will review models and drawings, develop and improve CNC programs, select tooling and cutting parameters, support machine setups and help machinists troubleshoot programs on the shop floor.The position also offers an opportunity to take on broader responsibility. Previous experience as a machining supervisor or lead is a plus, as you may help support facility operations when the Manager of Operations is unavailable.
