Job Description

Fleet Technician! This is a field-based position requiring travel throughout Central Florida. We’re seeking an experienced mechanics skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diverse fleet—diesel/gas trucks, semi-trailers, semis, heavy equipment, and more. You’ll ensure vehicles and machinery operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions (manual/automatic), hydraulics, HVAC, electrical systems, and steering.
Service and maintain trucks, trailers, excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery.
Conduct PM services, alignments, DOT's and brake repairs.
Document work accurately and communicate clearly with team and customers.

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience as an A-Level Technician in fleet or heavy equipment repair.
Strong knowledge of diesel/gas systems, hydraulics, electrical, and HVAC.
Ability to read schematics and perform precision diagnostics.
Welding/fabrication skills and proficiency with power tools.
CDL preferred but not required,forklift certification a plus
