About the TeamIn Fraud Operations, we are constantly looking for ways to minimize and prevent fraudulent activity on the platform. Through continuous improvement and operational excellence, our Fraud Operations team protects the business and our customers from bad actors.
About the RoleThe Fraud team is looking for a Fraud Production Specialist to reduce the cost of fraud and identify new vectors of abuse across the DoorDash Platform. As a Fraud Production Specialist at DoorDash, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our platform and user experience by proactively detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent activities. In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard our users, partners, and company assets from various forms of fraud. You will grow familiar with our three audiences — Consumers, Dashers and Merchants, as you investigate fraudulent activity and collaborate with the team on solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term. Most importantly, you will help promote the delicate balance between providing our users the best experience possible while eliminating bad actors on the DoorDash platform.

This position requires an in-office presence at the DoorDash corporate office in Tempe and the employee must live within a commutable 50 miles from the office. In-office days are determined by the business and can change based on business needs. This role operates on a set schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. It also includes a twice-monthly in-office requirement: once on the Thursday of the first full week of each month, and again on the third Thursday of the month. These in-office days are intended to foster collaboration, support team connection, and align on key priorities.
