As our Front Desk Evening/Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during the evening and overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries.
- Managing reservations and maintaining accurate records in our system.
- Performing nightly audits to balance accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitoring the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- Handling any guest concerns or emergencies in a professional and timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
