Claudette is a polished French brasserie on lower Fifth Avenue, inspired by the countryside charm of Lourmarin. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and refined approach to French cuisine, Claudette has long been a favorite gathering place for the neighborhood and visitors alike.
After closing in August 2024 to complete essential building repairs, Claudette will reopen in Spring 2026 with renewed energy, a refreshed space, and a continued commitment to warm hospitality and exceptional dining.
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the reopening and guide the restaurant into its next chapter. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, hands-on leader who excels at building strong teams, cultivating guest relationships, and upholding operational and service excellence. A deep appreciation for French food and wine is a plus, but curiosity, collaboration, and consistency matter most.
This is a critical leadership role in the company, requiring the highest standards of performance to provide an internal role model and example of the company’s values. The position is responsible for ensuring that the restaurants comply with all laws and achieve both financial and qualitative performance targets, positioning our company for continued long-term growth.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($105,000.00 - $125,000.00)
