Overview

We are hiring a General Manager for our brand new Vintedge Apartments, located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. This property offers a modern living experience where style, comfort, and community come together. Our fully furnished apartments are thoughtfully designed with contemporary finishes and upscale details, providing a turnkey home that’s both functional and elegant. The Vintedge features amenities for relaxation and connection, including fitness facilities, social lounges, and inviting outdoor areas. The signature Vintedge Wine Bar & Restaurant adds a social dimension to everyday living.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for administering, directing and controlling the operations of this upscale apartment facility, aiming to achieve budgeted revenues/profits while maintaining operations and service standards.

As a Concord Leader, you will inspire greatness in your team, encourage and support team members to reach their full potential, create a Great Place to Work for All, and lead with integrity, transparency, respect and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and lead a passionate management team aligned with company values.

Pay range: $124,000 - $155,000
