Job Description
Yuka’s Latin Fusion is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Experience Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great restaurants are built on more than just good food — they are built on memorable guest experiences, strong team leadership, and smooth service execution.
The Experience Manager will oversee daily front-of-house operations, guide the service team, and work closely with ownership to maintain the high standards that define Yuka’s.
Tis position requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable running service, engaging with guests, coaching staff, and ensuring that each shift operates efficiently and professionally.
