*Duties*
* Deliver a wide range of hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions tailored to client needs.
* Perform specialized treatments including eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to elevate client satisfaction.
* Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations.
* Utilize salon software (meevo) for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
* Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
* Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
* Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
* Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development within the team.
*Requirements*
* Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in hair styling and grooming techniques

Pay: $22.56 - $27.17 per hour
