About the Role:
University Hospitals Health System is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to lead operations across its 23-hospital network. This senior leadership role drives operational excellence, compliance, and innovation in healthcare technology while supporting business growth and a high-performing, diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HTM/Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospital sites.
• Build, coach, and mentor teams to exceed expectations.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary liaison with University Hospitals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee budgets, assess financial risks, and drive business growth.
• Support succession planning and development of key personnel.
• Promote safety, inclusivity, and cybersecurity awareness in healthcare operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of management experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering within large healthcare systems.
• Proven leadership of multi-site teams and client relationships in hospital or academic health systems.
• Strong knowledge of HTM, Clinical Engineering, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity in healthcare.
• Excellent business acumen, decision-making, and budget management skills.
