We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager with a strong background in both commercial audio/video and automation systems. This role will focus on generating new business, managing accounts, and driving sales growth through relationships with hotels, restaurants, car dealerships, contractors, and other hospitality clients.






Key Responsibilities



  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target markets.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through networking, referrals, showroom visits, and lead generation.

  • Conduct in-person meetings at client offices, job sites, and homes.

  • Host and manage client appointments in Logic’s 5,000 sq. ft. Technology Showroom.

  • Work with design and engineering teams to build customized proposals using D-Tools/iPoint software.

  • Present proposals and close deals with clarity and confidence.

  • Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, builders, architects, and contractors.

  • Prepare regular reports, documentation, and client correspondence.







Requirements

Required Experience & Skills



  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in audio/video, automation, or low-voltage industries.

  • Experience with both residential and commercial projects.

  • Familiarity with automation systems such as Crestron, QSC, and others.

  • Understanding of distributed audio, HD/4K video systems, lighting and shade control, IP surveillance, video conferencing, projection systems, digital signage, and acoustic treatments.

  • Working knowledge of wired and wireless networking for AV integration.

  • Comfortable using software and CRM tools like Zoho, D-Tools, iPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote).

  • Clean-cut, professional appearance and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License required.

  • CTS Certification is a plus.






Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Experience with interior motorized shading and window treatment solutions.

  • Mac computer proficiency.

  • Knowledge of AV brands such as Origin Acoustics, Shure, Planar, Sony, Samsung, Extron, Bi-Amp, Legrand, Sonance, Apple, and Snap AV.
