We are looking for a Host to work 2-4 shifts. We are seeking someone to manage reservations, check guests in, seat guests and manage turn times of tables. Barista training is a plus. Applicants with at least 1 year experience in NYC hospitality industry is a plus.  If you're a great multi-tasker and self-starter, and someone who wants to learn about Middle Eastern food, then this is the position for you.As a Host you will:- Greet guests and seat guests.- Communicate special requests and celebrations to servers.- Answer phones.- Manage reservations, walk ins and waitlists.- Help with espresso drinks and take out orders- Help reset tables and monitor table turns to maximize seating.About You:- Passionate about high quality service in a friendly environment- You're interested in unique foods and love to talk about them with guests.- Work well under pressure - you live for challenge and change!- You have a great sense of humor!- You have a great attitude and professional demeanor- You have an open and flexible schedule-Knowledge of Middle Eastern food is a bonus.
