Chef Thomas Keller's team is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality to join us as a Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Located within the Four Seasons Hotel at the iconic Surf Club, Chef Keller’s restaurant honors the location’s history of good times and grand parties with classic Continental cuisine for a modern audience. Like the swinging patrons of the '50s and '60s hotspots this restaurant celebrates, The Surf Club Restaurant knows how to have fun.
As a Host, you will warmly greet guests as they arrive, manage reservations, and efficiently seat guests in the dining area. Providing exceptional service, you will address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Working alongside the Maitre D, you will ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
