About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team.

Overview:

This position provides administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer pre-employment processes including background checks, drug testing, and reference verifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters, new hire packets, and internal communications.
  • Support benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee status changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Generate standard HR reports and assist with audits as needed 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
