Your New Role

As the HVAC Customer Service Representative, you’ll support seamless operations while delivering exceptional service experiences. You’ll collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Customer Support:

  • Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Provide accurate pricing, scheduling details, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee invoicing and maintain strong customer relationships.

Service Records & Customer Data Management

  • Manage customer information and service records using ServiceTitan.
  • Monitor workflow compliance and GPS tracking for accuracy.

Membership Sales:

  • Promote and sell new memberships or renewals.
  • Schedule seasonal service visits and follow up with current members.

Process Optimization:

  • Pinpoint areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
  • Coach technicians on new tools and systems to boost performance.

Technical Leadership & Team Development

  • HVAC industry knowledge to support both technicians and customers, ensuring accurate solutions and a high level of service
  • Coach and mentor other Customer Service Representatives to elevate team performance and consistency

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a customer-facing, call center, or home services environment
  • HVAC industry experience is required
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be able to work on-site in an office setting
  • Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or similar platforms preferred
  • Sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
