Seeking Apartment Maintenance/HVAC Tech!
If you are handy and have experience maintaining homes, apartments or hotel buildings and air conditioners; we would like to talk to you! We are a privately owned and operated company that designs, builds and manages luxury apartment communities! Currently, we have an Apartment Maintenance/HVAC Technician opportunity in Henderson, NV! The Apartment Maintenance/HVAC Technician has great opportunities for growth and supervisory responsibilities. No day day is ever the same! RESPONSIBILITIES-
Perform full HVAC services to include but limited to:Monitors and inspects heating and cooling systemsTroubleshoot unitsCharge unitsRecover FreonReplace compressors, etc.)Braze, solder, and weldInstall new units
All other duties related to unit turns and property maintenance- Apartment Maintenance duties to include but not limited to:Plumbing repairs (experience a must)Electric repairs 110 volt-220-volt systemsAppliance repairsBuilding repairsPVC, copper, ABS repairs and installationIrrigation systemsSoldering, welding and oxygen acetylene torchesPool Filtration systemsDry wall, patch and installationAir Conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (if certified)Roof repairsSlab leaksCarpet and vinyl floor repairsRepair and service all equipmentLock and key service including maintenance and re-keyingPaintingCarpentryApartment TurnoversGeneral landscape maintenance including trimming, planting, and other servicesMay/Will be entrusted with Unattended premises, Keys, Merchandise, confidential information and will be expected to look after same and not divulge any confidential informationMay/Will be entrusted to drive golf carts to transport self, materials, and guestsMay/Will be required to drive personal vehicle to other properties or in emergency situations to collect suppliesAnd any other type of duties as assigned by a SupervisorResponsible to meet shift production goalsOperate within standard operating and job safety procedures.Drive to and from company properties, corporate office or assigned sites for required trainings and or repairs.Adhere to the company practices, policies and procedures found in company handbook and other guides/documentsPerforms any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Community Manager and or Property Supervisor
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDEPA Certification2 years’ of experience in Apartment, hotel, or construction/handyman or general maintenance/contractor experienceLift up to 50 poundsObserve all company procedures and safety rulesWork as part of our team to ensure customer satisfactionAble to plan, organize and follow through on workFriendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all timesSelf-starter who demonstrates professionalism and can work independently
