Job DescriptionWe’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way.

Please Note: We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

• Supervise ABA programs and staff
• Support and train caregivers & RBTs

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
