About The JobThe Opella US Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Head will lead and direct the monthly execution of the IBP/Demand Planning process. This role will help to drive the collaboration between the Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain across the US organization. This individual will maintain the key IBP calendar dates and certify that all cross-functional inputs are prepared prior to key meetings. They will also ensure the IBP participants are aligned and drive for consensus each IBP cycle.

The salary range for this position is: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00
