This is your chance to shape the New Avenue brand! We're looking for an experienced architect. You need to have at least 20+ years of experience not just getting ideas to paper, but executing through construction. You are technically savvy, know your way around Revit and Bluebeam, and want to be part of a growing team of thoughtful designers, builders, and developers. We need a team player who is in it for the long haul. Someone who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to grind. You work hard. You work weekends when you need to. You're not looking to coast — you're here to grow, build wealth for your future, and help shape a company that's doing something different. What You'll Do: *Sell projects**:* Meet with potential clients and sites we procure through our own development fund. You know what red flags to look for, you know what the jurisdiction will require, and you know how to bring value to the project. You are easy to talk to, excel at listening, and can get at the heart of the problem that needs to be solved. *Show off your aesthetic and construction prowess*: You know how spaces function, you know how things are built. You add a flare that just makes sense. You know current codes and regulations and have your pulse on what is coming next. You need to have mastered how to work on classic homes and modern homes, and bring a warmth to our designs regardless of age or style. You have to flex up and down for a range from hyper efficient spec builds for a developer to high end custom homes. *Project management:* You are organized, communicative and know when to bring in the right support at the right time. *Leadership*: You jump in and mentor junior designers, yet you are always curious yourself.
