Basic FunctionResponsible for each aspect of operational performance for the designated RHFS warehouse/distribution facility, administering company policies and procedures to support customer‑focused order‑to‑delivery excellence. All elements of the “perfect order”—pick, pack, ship, will call, delivery—and inventory management—receive, replenish, deplete, cycle counts—are championed and executed through this role. Using critical problem‑solving skills, the position tackles challenges ranging from customer service to bin‑location assignments, international shipping, and WMS support, driving optimal balance of service, cost, and profitability.
Representative ActivitiesDay‑to‑day operational decisions governing internal efficiencies and customer service successes; manage the order‑to‑delivery cycle and all end‑to‑end warehouse processes; report or seek counsel from the RDM for escalations or challenging situations; handle operational and management actions to ensure performance optimization for a scaling business.
