Job Description Job Description Coastal HVAC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! Primary job duties focus: Sell products and parts to customers by taking their purchase orders, clarifying what they are asking for, and suggesting alternatives when necessary. Answer phones Quote customers Take customers orders by phone and walk-in Enter orders in operating system Pull orders Process transfers to fill customer orders if needed Invoice orders Receive payments for cash sales and payments for charge accounts Receive inventory Count inventory Stock shelves/pegs Cycle counts Process customer returns when items are new and unused and are stockable Process warranties Maintain a neat and tidy workspace Wage & Advancement: $17.50-$21 per hour depending on qualifications The normal hours for this position include 10 hours of overtime per week.
