Job Description
Outbound Sales – Account Executive
The hiring company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join their sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective consumers using an automated dialing system, introduce company products or services, qualify customer interest, and close sales or schedule follow-up appointments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound call environment. Key Responsibilities
· Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective consumers using an auto dialer system
· Present products and services clearly and professionally
· Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
· Overcome objections and guide customers through the sales process
· Accurately document call outcomes, customer information, and sales activity in the CRM system
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, including call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets
· Follow company scripts, compliance standards, and call handling procedures
· Transfer qualified leads or schedule appointments when applicable
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
· Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and sales strategies
