Seeking a dedicated and experienced General Liability Attorney to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a passionate legal professional who is eager to handle complex liability cases while benefiting from the firm’s commitment to mentorship, professional development, and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

• Manage a caseload of medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in New York.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in GL litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
