You'll collaborate on high-end residential projects that merge luxury, innovation, and timeless style—all within a beautiful flagship showroom setting.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer - Kitchen & Bath Specialist position include:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in modern kitchen and bath design for high-end residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or other CAD design software.
  • Ability to take projects from initial consultation through technical drawings, installation coordination, and final completion.
  • Exceptional creativity and an eye for innovative, modern design aesthetics.
  • Skilled at working directly with clients to interpret and realize their vision.
  • Experience managing both design production and project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, installers, and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health care, 401k matching, profit sharing, 15 days of PTO accrued annually, and a commission structure after the first year.
