*Internet Installer and Technician responsibilities will include:*
* Broadband wireless and fiber installations - the company will supply training!
* Perform initial broadband setup as well as troubleshoot and repair high speed wireless internet service for customers.
* Climbing ladders and roofs.
* Working with power tools and equipment.
* Have reliable transportation.
* Maintain a positive image of NeuBeam.
* Handle service calls and interactions.
* Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
* Continually improve knowledge of equipment and technologies used by NeuBeam.
Internet Installer requirements include having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, a positive mental attitude, and a willingness to learn our systems and practices. Candidates should have the ability and willingness to handle customer interaction in a professional and courteous manner. Candidate should have a clean driving record.
