Join the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences at the University of Alaska Southeast Sitka as an IT Support Specialist at our Lena Point facility in Juneau, Alaska. We need someone who enjoys troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT system issues.
As the Lena Point IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users at Lena Point and around the world. Your responsibilities include:
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt staff position located at the CFOS Lena Point facility in Juneau. The role offers a competitive salary and full employee benefits, including retirement, paid holidays, tuition waivers, and medical, dental, and vision coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
