Overview
EHS Recruiting is assisting a well-established, premium casual restaurant group hire an experienced BOH leader to support and strengthen the kitchen leadership team at its Porter Ranch location. This role is designed for a Sous Chef, CDC, or Kitchen Manager who thrives on structured systems and seeks a clear path to advancement.
The Kitchen Manager will learn the company’s culture, operational standards, and systems. Upon successful completion of training and demonstrated performance, the role transitions to bonus eligibility and advancement toward a full Kitchen Manager position.
