As the ideal candidate, _you are a skilled, self-driven electrician_ with _three years of residential experience_ and strong communication and problem-solving skills. _Youre reliable, motivated, and eager to grow personally and professionally_ within a supportive team environment. *Responsibilities:* * Respond to residential and commercial client requests for electrical assistance and repairs * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely * Drive a fully stocked Mercedes Sprinter Van to two to three client locations per day * Deliver first-class workmanship and ensure complete client satisfaction * Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout each project * Represent the company professionally by arriving in a clean uniform with a positive attitude * Explain technical information in simple terms to help clients understand their electrical needs * Collaborate with a respectful, team-oriented group committed to mutual growth and support * Uphold company safety and quality standards while using the industrys best tools and equipment * Participate in ongoing education and training to continually enhance skills and performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person by Jobble
