Your Missions
Pelico is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to pioneer our agent-first product strategy in Miami. You'll define and build the next generation of autonomous AI agents that transform how aerospace and manufacturing companies plan, optimize, and execute complex supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontier of agentic AI in enterprise B2B, creating intelligent systems that make decisions, take actions, and deliver measurable business value autonomously.
What you'll do & learn
Agentic AI Product Strategy: Own the product vision and execution for autonomous AI agents within the Pelico platform. This includes:
Defining the architecture and capabilities of AI agents that autonomously handle supply chain planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and MRO workflows
Designing multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns that enable agents to collaborate, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
Building agentic workflows that integrate LLMs, specialized models, knowledge bases, tool use, and real-time decision-making
Establishing guardrails, approval mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop patterns for safe autonomous operation at enterprise scale
Defining success metrics for agent performance: task completion rates, decision quality, time savings, and business impact
Product Leadership for Autonomous Systems: Lead complex agentic AI initiatives requiring contribution from multiple Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Operations Researchers:
Drive continuous discovery to identify high-value use cases where autonomous agents can replace manual workflows or augment human decision-making
Translate complex operational challenges into agent capabilities and tool interactions
Design agent personas, reasoning patterns, and action spaces tailored to supply chain planners, inventory managers, and operations teams
Launch new agentic products and capabilities that deliver 10x productivity improvements to enterprise customers
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering (algorithms, backend, data), customer operations, sales, and enterprise customers to ensure AI features deliver measurable value and achieve adoption at scale
Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with VP Product and engineering leadership to define the AI product vision and strategy, balancing innovation with enterprise deployment requirements (scalability, explainability, security, compliance)
Continuous Improvement: Drive excellence in AI product development processes, from experimentation frameworks to deployment best practices. Champion data-driven decision making and rapid iteration
Preferred Experience
Pelico promotes inclusion and non-discrimination, and acts daily in favour of social mix, gender equality, and disability inclusion
What you embody
Agentic AI Expertise: 5+ years in product management with 3+ years building AI/ML products, including hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation in Enterprise B2B SaaS
Deep Understanding of Agent Architectures: Strong grasp of agentic AI concepts including:
Multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and task decomposition
LLM-based reasoning, planning, and tool use (function calling, retrieval, code execution)
Agent memory systems, context management, and knowledge bases
Reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and agent training paradigms
Safety mechanisms: guardrails, approval workflows, explainability, and human oversight
Enterprise B2B Experience: Proven track record shipping autonomous AI products to large enterprise customers. Experience navigating enterprise concerns around safety, compliance, auditability, and controlled autonomy
Technical Depth: Strong technical acumen to collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and algorithm developers on complex agentic systems. Comfortable discussing agent frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning strategies, and inference optimization
Product Vision for Autonomy: Ability to envision how autonomous agents will transform user workflows, identify high-ROI use cases for automation, and design the right balance between full autonomy and human collaboration
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams on cutting-edge AI initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and drive 0-to-1 product innovation from concept to production
Domain Interest: Genuine interest in supply chain, operations research, optimization algorithms, or manufacturing/aerospace industries. Passion for solving complex operational problems with intelligent automation
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision making, able to balance ambitious innovation with pragmatic enterprise deployment
Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to articulate complex agentic AI concepts to executives, engineers, and end users alike
US Citizenship Required: This position requires US citizenship due to customer requirements and data handling obligations
Nice to have:
Experience building agent-based products with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom agent architectures
Background in operations research, optimization, constraint programming, or simulation
Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or operational planning software
Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment challenges: model governance, versioning, monitoring, and observability
