Panca BK Restaurant in the heart of Prospect heights, Brooklyn, is currently looking for experienced cooks.  At Panca BK, we focus on South American and mediterranean flavors, centered over our wood fired grill. We update our menu regularly, and take inspiration from South America and the Mediterranean to create a delicious menu.  We are currently looking for experienced cooks to start as early as possible. Cooks at Panca BK will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Partake in daily kitchen operations 
• Prepare, cook and plate dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health Dept standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in catering events, contributing to menu planning and execution.

Qualifications

• experience in the food industry, particularly in similar role.
• Have a sense of urgency
• Strong skills in kitchen management, including inventory control and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in teams, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills
