We’re looking for a pastry cook who is passionate about American classic desserts and excited to bring them to life in a thoughtful, seasonal way.
This role is rooted in strong fundamentals—pies, cakes, cookies, and nostalgic desserts—but with room to evolve. You’ll work closely with ownership and leadership to develop new ideas, contribute to menu changes, and take part in ongoing seasonal programming across the property.
At 5 Acres, pastry is not static. With regular menu shifts, events, chalets, and pop-ups, there is constant opportunity to create, refine, and adapt. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in consistency, while also being motivated to contribute creatively.
This is a hands-on role for someone who values both execution and collaboration, and wants to grow within a dynamic, multi-faceted kitchen.
